Transformative Coaching facilitates growth and change on a deeper and longer lasting level than other forms of coaching. This form of coaching has a humanistic and psychological focus, taking the whole person into account. It is a reflective way of coaching that aims to explore your cognitive, emotional, and relational patterns in order to create a holistic understanding of your perspective on the world.

Through this level of awareness, there is much more potential for you to unlock bigger transformative shifts, break down the negative patterns or beliefs that may have held you back and – most importantly – open up the path to achieve the outcomes or changes you genuinely want to see in your life. It is well suited to improve the way you connect with others, pursue professional goals, and shape your everyday life in a way that gives you energy, resilience and joy.

As a certified transformative coach, I specialize in empowering women who navigate life transitions. It’s in the most challenging moments, when we feel like we are our worst enemy - endless overthinking, emotional rollercoaster, feeling stuck, confused and overwhelmed.

Within typically 3-7 sessions, you will have build a powerful and lasting foundation. The duration of our coaching agreement depends on your goals and progress.

Coaching principles

Coaching education

I completed the ICF, AC and EMCC accredited 12 months training program with Animas Centre for Coaching. I am now working on achieving my direct ICF credentials. My training included mentoring, supervision and quality controls. I continue with supervision to keep ensuring the quality of my coaching.

Coaching techniques

As a transformative coach, I tailor my coaching approach to every client uniquely. I am able to draw on different models from cognitive behavioral theory, NLP, narrative coaching, positive psychology, and transactional analysis among others. I work transparently and love to share with my clients what models I am recommending to explore in the session and for what reason I think it’s suitable for them.

Coaching contract

Before the first session, I share a written professional coaching contract with my new client, including agreed session fee, duration of the coaching agreement, payment terms, and cancellation rules for mutual transparency and clarity.

ICF Code of Ethics

As coaching is an unregulated profession, I believe that it is my responsibility as coach to ensure professionalism through aligning myself with the globally recognized ICF for quality assurance, ethical guidance and accountability. I follow the ICF coaching standards and adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.
